Mobile sources ghg emissions template

Use this template to capture your monthly Scope 1 ghg emissions data from mobile sources. First, you will create an inventory of sources (such as vehicles as well as lawn & garden and other equipment that is used off-site). Then, you will enter fuel usage data from your invoices for each vehicle and piece of equipment. Once you enter in data for the entire year, you can enter in the annual total into the (free) EPA calculator, also available on this page, to get the following emissions amounts: CO2, CH4, N2O, CO2 equivalents. Keep the worksheet, once completed, so that you have documentation in case of an audit or for verification purposes.
