Workflow 6. Significant impacts
In Module 6, you will evaluate the data from previous modules to identify your organization’s most significant impacts, termed “material topics.” This involves analyzing positive and negative impacts’ scopes and scales. The module includes an editable workbook and typically takes 2-3 hours to complete for smaller organizations.
Workflow 5. Governance and economic data template
Module 5 focuses on data collection regarding an organization’s governance and economic impacts. Key metrics include gender wage ratios, local higher management ratios, local supplier spending, and anti-corruption practices. The module aims to assess community impacts and corruption effects. It includes an editable workbook, which may take 1-2 hours or longer to complete.
